Fresh Air & Creative Freedom: A Spring Day at my Studio, Monday, May 6th, 2024

Join me Monday, May 6th, 2024 for a full day workshop at my studio, 949a Mirror Lake Road, Yardley, PA, 10am to 5pm

After a long winter, let us gather outside in the fresh air with playful creativity & mixed media.

I will share with you all my winter art discoveries (this is my time to go learn and explore ideas and techniques in my studio).

With a strong emphasis on process and intuition, we dig deeply into both mixed media layers as well as our own inner layers to bring what is inside us onto our art journal pages.

We will be using photo transfer techniques, thread, paint, paper, gel mediums mixed in bits and pieces of the past to tell our story of where our heart is right now.

There will be plenty of work areas set up outside so we can safely explore & experiment on altered journal pages. A delicious and healthy studio lunch is included. ps. spring will be here before we know it!

These questions sometimes arise...

What unit of measure do you use?

All product measurements are listed in inches.

What is the "small word add-on?"

The small word add-on allows you to add an additional small (6-8") cardboard or plastic word to your order. The small word will be the same as your large word.

How do I hang the salvaged words?

I use the little foam squares from AC Moore or similar craft stores. They fit perfectly behind the words and also add a great dimension. They do not harm paint. In my studio I have some that have been up for years.

I also love to lean the words...over a doorway, a window, or on top of a picture. The dinner table is a favorite place of mine. I use clear squares if I hang the words on a mirror.

Can salvaged words be outside?

The salvaged plexi words can, yes! And they float in water. The last little words are salvaged cardboard and should be kept indoors.

When will I receive my order?

Prints will ship out in 1 to 2 business days. Hand-scripted words ship within a week. Custom orders (e.g., Your Word and Your Name) will be processed in 1 - 3 weeks.

Shipping rates and times are based on package weight and destination...you'll be able to view and select the best option for your purchase at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes...a whole bunch. Please expect delivery to take longer than noted above as packages will be making their way across mountains, sand, or sea.

What about refunds and exchanges?

If an order arrived damaged due to shipping, please contact me.
