Team Building Using Mixed-Media and Art Journaling to Create Vision Board to Achieve Goals
Being creative in art gives us all the confidence to be creative in our work and in our life. Making art is about taking risks. There is a vulnerability and excitement in creating something with our hands.
I will teach your team how to turn off their thinking minds and tune in for an afternoon with their hands and heart. Each team member will create a vision book for both their work and personal life with a plan for how what they want to achieve "feels".
We will experiment with mixed media: paint, thread, ink, gesso, gels, and learn multiple ways to do photo transfers. Then we will take this process and turn it into a small book of goals and visions for the year ahead, using their unique voice and intentions.
My unique background makes me very comfortable around paint and corporate America.
In my past life, I was part of a sales team for both ABC and FOX TV managing station accounts such as McDonalds, Paramount Pictures, Mazda, The PA Lottery and Macy’s.
I have been a professional artist for 14 years. I have created a greeting card line that sells in stores across the US and Canada. I have also created permanent art installations in regional hospitals in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
I travel and teach my creative process across the country.
